1.1. Customers are eligible for a full Reimbursement if they cancel their digital product within one (1) week from the date of purchase.

1.2. Refund requests made after the one-week period will not be eligible for consideration.

3.2. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days.
